Early bird: discounted early bird registration is now available until 5th December 2016.

Standard: registration after 5 December 2016 will be available at the full rate.

It is recommended that presenters register by the 5th of December to ensure the inclusion of their abstract in the conference program.

Registration Fees and Inclusions

All prices shown in Australian Dollars (AUD)
All rates are inclusive of gst. They do not include accommodation.

Early Bird (pay on or before 5th December 2016)

    • ODLAA MEMBER: $925.00 (incl. gst)
    • Non-MEMBER: $1,025.00 (incl. gst)
    • Student Registration (Member and Non-MEMBER): $770.00 (incl gst)
  • Single Day Rate

    • $400.00 (incl gst)

Standard Registration (pay after 5 December 2016)

  • FULL Registration
    • ODLAA MEMBER: $1,025.00 (incl gst)
    • Non-MEMBER: $1,125.00 (incl gst)
    • Student Registration – Non MEMBER: $835.00 (incl gst)
  • Single Day Rate

    • $400.00 (incl gst)

All payments are expected to be processed by Friday 3rd February 2017 to ensure listing as a delegate and supply of all conference materials. 

Early Bird and Full rate Attendance includes:

  • Participation in all conference sessions Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th February 2017
  • Conference materials including satchel/folder, program booklet
  • Arrival tea/coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea from Monday 6th to Tuesday 7th February 2017 inclusive.
  • Welcome Function (Sunday evening) and the Conference Dinner (Monday evening)  is included for all Early Bird, Full Registration and student delegates.
  • Select from workshops on offer Sunday 5th February 2017 from 1pm to 4pm at no extra cost.*
    *Workshop options will be published in November 2016 for selection and you can revisit your registration booking to choose a workshop.

Delegate Day Rate includes:

The day rate fee includes participation in the conference activities for the day selected as well as morning and afternoon tea and lunch.  The day rate fees excludes the welcome and  dinner functions. Entry tickets for this event may be purchased separately.


Block accommodation is being held at the Conference venue, Novotel Melbourne on Collins. Book direct with the hotel.

  • Standard Queen Room = $220
  • Deluxe King Room = $260
  • Executive Room = $300
  • Full buffet breakfast is available in Lane Cafe and Restaurant at discounted rate of $25 per person.
